Farmington Medical Arts Center

Farmington Medical Arts Center is a master planned, medical office campus located off I-84 at Exit 39 in Farmington, Connecticut. When complete, the campus will include five buildings with over 250,000 square feet of space. Thirteen of Hartford County’s premier medical practices have established locations within the medical campus. Highway access is superb with I-84 serving as an east/west axis and Route 9 serving the south markets.

The campus also includes a new Kindercare Learning Center. 399 and 499 Farmington Avenue are complete and contain 125,000 square feet. 21 South Road, a 42,000 square foot facility is under construction and will be completed in the first quarter of 2009.
